Music is a part of my soul. It's a piece of my heart that I feel would make me empty if it were taken away from me somehow. It can take me places when I'm feeling down or when I'm happy. It's more than just hearing something or singing meaningless words for me. It's spiritual, it's cleansing, it's mind-opening...it's everything.

The music that surrounded me as a child was a lot of country. I grew up listening to country and yeah, I love it. But my heart and soul goes to R&B. I grew up in the 80's, so you know my musical influences range from Michael Jackson, New Edition and so on. It's just evolved since then. To Avant to Justin Timberlake.
