Do you play live?
Special moments... probably the first time someone sent me an email telling me about how much of a fan he was of my music hahaa that was a nice experience.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet allows artists to be heard by a larger audience, but because of illegal MP3 downloading, artists lose profit from albums- therefore having to resort to bullsh** shinanigans.
I understand that performances and merchandising is mainly the way to go though, and I have no problem with that... despite all the ideals out there about "mainstream" and "underground" hip hop. GOOD MUSIC is GOOD MUSIC people, GOOD MUSICIANS should be getting PAID for making GOOD MUSIC instead of letting gimmicky phonies take all the wealth and continue trends that shouldn't be existant in the game today.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If I could sign a record contract under terms I find agreeable, yes. It would depend on how much freedom I would have in my works and what the label would offer me besides (but including) money, such as a good level of promotion and etc.
Band History:
I've been a fan of good hip hop music since I was 9. Started writing songs when I was 11 and recorded my first song when I was 16. Today, you can plainly see that I work more on the production side than the recording (though I still do both). There are some people out there who criticize my work negatively, but I'm not too worried about that. To date, I've been making beats for just over a year... I've made intense progress and I know I'm nowhere near slowing down... and none of you can overlook the fact that there are more people out there who think my beats are dope than not. Check back on me in a year or two if you ain't feelin' this, you'll see what's up.
