I am beginning to play more regularly at open mics and folk clubs around kent. I play mainly country blues - but hopefully learning some more general contempory folk style music.
Why this name?
Well its my name - just me. I did consider calling myself Peg Edwards though.
Do you play live?
Open mics and folkclubs around Kent.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Would a major label (or any label for that matter) sign me? I do this for fun - However I would like to play one paid gig before I die.
Your influences?
Country Blues, Gary Davis and Robert Johnson. I like a whole range of music but you are unlikely to hear it here (perhaps when I'm driving or while in the bath) Here you will hear just the blues - at least until I can learn to play something else as well.
Favorite spot?
I like where I live - but anywhere near or on the coast would be good for me.
Equipment used:
Crafter Parlour Guitar, a particularly crappy mic (Pound Store) and I record on my PC.
