Bacchus, is a three piece, alternative punk band from Pittsburgh. We play a kind of metal influenced punk style, we've been told we're beyond a label for any of the normal music genres. We love performing our own original music for an audience. We've been around for about 6 years now, but have been through our share of drummers. We recently picked up a new drummer in August 2006, Austin. We recorded a short 4 song demo with our first drummer about 2003, which is hard to find nowadays. Early 2006, we got sick of waiting for someone, so we recorded a real rough 11 song demo, minus drums. It sounded pretty bland without drums, but it helped us find a drummer. August 2007, we got to recording with Austin, in a studio. We released a 4 song demo 8-14, and hope to follow up with a full length before the end of the year. And here we are now.
