Why this name?
The name was given to me in my high school years by my friends. It was given on the count of my cool personality, until i got angry...and the fact that i love the color green.. pretty soon everybody I knew was calling me by the name so I decided to use it as my rap name as well.
Do you play live?
I have performed a couple of times in Atlanta, but I haven't got to perform as much as I would like to. One special moment I can remember is when I got to perform a set with an artist by the name of Jibril Serapis Bey for Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney. We did a song called "SOS" (sisters of the struggle). In Jibril's verse there was a part where he actually said Cynthia McKinney's name, so we all pointed to her and gave her huge ups--she seemed to enjoy it very much lol. Anyway, it was really a huge honor to be able to perform for her. Now that's a five star chick lol!
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think that it lets people network and have access to new unheard artist at the click of a mouse. I think this is great! Especially for unheard and unsigned artist trying to be heard.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
At this point, i'm not sure...
Band History:
I've basically been writing raps since my freshman year of highschool. It wasn't until 2005 however that stepped in the booth. In 2006 I recorded my first mixtape,
*Purple n Green* but never released it. It is now 2007 and my second mixtape *From now til Forever* will be dropping soon. I plan to drop both mixtapes simultaneously so as to share my whole story through my work...so take this ride wit me!

Your influences?
LIFE is my most musical influence. (and no, i'm not talkin' bout the singer) it has molded my mind and perceptions on things and it comes across in my music. some artists who have influences on me I would say are Tupac, Common, Talib Kweli, Queen Latifah, Nas..there's a few more but this is who comes to mind first..
Favorite spot?
I don't have one, I love to go wherever the wind takes me!
Equipment used:
MY VOICE...lol nah but as far as when I step in the studio, I use whatever is available as long as it sounds decent.
