I hope for the better. It's a great thing for a fledgling like me. Free mp3s are great for promotion and visibility, but then at some point I have to worry about food, shelter, clothing etc. In the end, I think it will fuel some very creative promotional schemes.

Hell yes! Organic, do-it-yourself musicians are brave and feisty. I think I could have the time and energy to get it out there if I tried, but I'd like to devote my time and energy to writing music.

History? I just started. Well, when I was a kid I used to make my bro and sis play plastic instruments (the kind you can get in a drug store toy isle)in my band, and I wrote songs at five years old about how "my boss ain't givin' me a dime." The first time I banged on a real piano at my neigbor's house, I felt like Elton John. By 9 years old I was really rocking it out on my tiny Casio.

I think people are going to hear lots o' Tori in my music - no matter how much I want to stand on my own. I can't write any other kind of music - it's in my creative DNA. It's nice to have a big sister out there though.

Yes but I haven't been there. I think I'd really like Japan.
