The material is usually composed on an acoustic guitar and recorded on a simple Zoom MRS-4. However I am also experimenting with a simple keyboard, a white Escape EG-1 and anything that I can buy from the reduced section at Tescoland.

Why this name?
No choice really.
Do you play live?
I play intimate venues with people that lend me their ears.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It virtually lends the songwriter more ears. What's with all this talk about ears?
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Go on then, if they twist my arm a little.
Band History:
I experimented with writing lyrics and singing in some bands and then accidently taught myself to play some guitar and somehow started to write songs that I could play on the acoustic. Now I am trying to figure out how to create tunes on a bashed-up keyboard that I found knocking around somewhere.
Your influences?
Leonard Cohen, John Lennon, Lou Reed, Jay Aston (Gene Loves Jezebel), Jim Morrison, Billy Bragg, Violent Femmes, The Cure, Babybird, Johnny Cash and a million others.
Favorite spot?
The Barbican (an oasis of artistic resevoire in the heart of London) and downtown K C in the frazzled summer of a distant memory.
Equipment used:
An Applause AE-32 but generally whatever I can lay my hands on.
Anything else...?
I welcome people to develop or re-work my songs because you never know what might occur. For lyrics and chords see my music page.
