SoundClick artist: Matthew Bell - Unique Acoustic Sound With An Alternative Feel.

I'm an unsigned 19 year old. I try to record songs with my own styles and try to give each song its own individual feeling. I'm currently working on a demo CD with all of my best songs on it. Also I am trying to get radio time.

Its my real name.

Do you play live?

I play live often and love to do shows.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

I think it acctually helps us up and comming musicians be found and lets true underground talent come out.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Yes, but it would have to be under certain cercumstances. I don't want some jerk living my life for me and telling me what to do.

Band History:

I was part of a cover band, we played a few shows but slowly faded away. we really didn't get along to well, so we went our seperate ways, exept Tracy Lalonde ( the lead guitarist for the cover band ) and I got along really well and made a really rude joke band named Ralf.

Your influences?

My main musical influence is the band Weezer. Weezers music has been a part of my life for a few years now and I feel as if its influenced the new path im taking musically

Favorite spot?

I love being in the Ralf Recording Lounge, and the warf In Lancaster. They are truly the greatest places because I have had so many good times and great song ideas at those places.
