By purchasing non-exclusive rights you lease a beat for $20.00 each. You will receive it in an mp3 or wav. The beat will be untagged and sent via email. "Clepto Beats" still owns the beat and is to be given full credit for producction.
Leasing rights allow you to use the beat for ONE commercial recording or broadcast(mixtape, showcase, radio). You have the full rights to record and mix it in any form, and sell up to 2,500 copies of the final project. If you sell more than 2,500 copies you must contact us by sending an email to info@cleptobeats.com , mentioning the beat concerned, and you will receive an application for payment by PayPal, either for leasing it a new or buying the exclusive rights. In the event that someone else buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use.
Exclusive Rights:

You will receive the beat via email and a DownLoad link to the untagged wav and trackout form. Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You also have the full rights to record, mix the beat in any way, shape or form and use (mixtape, album, itunes, radio. etc). You will receive a contract granting you the exclusive rights. Clepto Beats may no longer lease or sell the beat except for prior leasing rights holders. The beat will be marked as sold and will no longer be downloadable.
