Why this name?
The point is we want to make an easy listening music, something that we get around everyday but still has it's own unique. Some people misspelled the name to "Styrofoam". yes.. it give us idea at the first place, but it sounds like a jazzy band or what.. so we change it to Stereofoam.
Do you play live?
Yes. You can see us play at some indie event or if we're lucky enough maybe in some big events. but currently we play at some cafe and still on focus to our debut album.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
yep, it can make us reach a wider audience/listener.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
yep.. always want to do that.
Your influences?
Indonesian Pop Culture is our main issue when writing our music. while the music itself are more into alternative style like Coldplay, The Cure, Smashing Pumpkins, Radiohead, Travis, Shed Seven, Placebo...
Favorite spot?
Studio 42. huhuh, just because we rehearse there.. :P
Anything else...?
err.. hope you'll like our music. :)
