My name is Coty Batemon, as you may already know, and I have played drums for 7 years.
Two of which were on a regular snare drum learning rudimental things in 5th and 6th grade. In 7th Grade I was the first 7th grader to ever be allowed in the Marching Band. After following the lead of one of the most influential drummers to me (Craig Madden) I went on to be the Section leader of the drumline. I compose alot of the music for our halftime show. More recently (about two or three years ago, my parents bought me my first drumset. After learning the basics on it, I began to incorperate my marching background. I may not be the best drummer you've ever heard, but I I atleast have fun doing what I love. I have become interested in drum and bass, and as soon as I get a chance, I will start to make some bass loops and whatnot, and start to record my drumming over them. Any questions? Contact me.
