Rock and acoustic rock are the main ingredients in this NYC founded band.
Formed in 1997 by Anthony and Lisa Costello ,
Costellos music flows from its acoustic roots to the heavier
side of the rock spectrum.Lisa Costello lyrics are indeed full
of meaning and body as Anthony Costellos guitar complements her
singing style.The music captures the elements of say a modern classic rock
sound of sorts on its later years ,but it still holds on to a sort of
organic feel on its musical context.Original and full of melody the music
carries a pretty fair amount of energy that should definitely stand out from the rest.
Costellos are self produced and recorded and hope that you enjoy listening as much as
we did recording it!!!

Yes,we play festivals and the regular music scene in our area.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Its given us the ability to share our music with out the dependence of another party with financial interest.Thus making music more accessible.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Hmm dunno Ill let you know when and if it happens.But I assure you they would have to provide more than what a can do myself.
Band History:
Costellos is a Arkansas based band(husband and wife) with and extensive song bank and multi dimensional sound but mostly focused on the lighter side of rock. We will at times dwell into the harder side of things but we work that under a different band name most of the time! Initially formed in 1997 in New York City as a power trio that included flutist(Kira Bernstein)eventually becoming a full band with drums and bass.We have since gone through different projects and relocations including Miami were we started another band project called "THIS" with fellow musician Joshyn Rodriguez.Now finally relocated in Little Rock AR we have different band projects going on.Most of our focus is on The Costellos ,Vicious Kitty(formally "THIS") and Kinectic X(With Fellow musician Thomas alias Minds at play) We own a home studio and all recordings and production are done by us.
