Deadly Game
DER NISTER hails from Michigan but sounds less like a mid western artist and more like artists you would find in the major metropolitan areas of America.
Why this name?
It sounded perfect the first time I heard it.
Do you play live?
Not at this time.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet has bridged the gap between bands and their listeners.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Major labels would not have any interest in Der Nister.
Band History:
Der Nister started out in late 2005 from the mind of one man and has continued since.
Your influences?
Almost everything but my current influence would be KMFDM - they are a wealth of inspiration.
Favorite spot?
Halifax - Nova Scotia.
Equipment used:
Uhhhhhh - anything I can use to make my music come to life.
