I have, however, its been a long time. I used to do shows at the Mason Jar, Emerald Lounge, The Sets to name a few.

I think it helps independent artists stay in control and market their music as they see fit, however, I personally feel that MP3's are inferior in sound quality considering the compression of the wave files. Wave files are superior to mp3 quality. I do feel that if the fans accept the MP3 format than I can adapt to that as well so I try to make sure I have the BEST quality available.

It's negotiable. Im in the market so to speak, so all options are on the table. However, i do like my independence, the record labels seem to be at a disadvantage these days.
