It's a play on the names of the two original producers of JStR, J*Way and FredrostR.

We started in live shows. Because the producers at JStR are all real musicians we are able to suit any artist's style in our beats. All the JStR producers have played in churches, marching bands, gogo bands and other live bands. If you need musicians for a live show you can reach us, we can read or improvise.

Yes, we already work with labels, but if a we believe a certain label is going somewhere we would be willing to produce exclusively for one label.
