Katelyn recently moved from Dallas/Ft. Worth areato Nashville, Tn area. Katelyn is a 21 year old singer/songwriter. She is a Senior at Middle Tennessee State University, with her focus being Recording Industry. Although school is important to her, music is her life. She continuously writes and has released her debut cd titled "Get Lost With You." She has opened for several major recording artists to include Darryl Worley, Cyndi Thompson, Michael Peterson, Tammy Cochran, Eric Heatherly, Clark Family Experience, Winans Phase II, Rachael Lampa, and Rick Trevino. She has also been the headliner for several concerts and festivals, traveling to numerous states sharing her talents and music leaving behind fans that she will have forever. Katelyn was honored to sing for President Bush and Former President Bush during their visits to El Paso. She has also sang for Erin Brockovich during a Women's Luncheon.
Do you play live?
I will be opening for several artist at Dave & Buster's in Nashville, Tn. every Tues for the months of June and July. My show starts at 6 p.m.
I have played many many venues since I started singing and traveling. It's so awesome. I think the most special is when I have the opportunity to sing in church and for soldiers.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
it really helps to get your music heard and to build your fan base.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I would love the opportunity to showcase my talent in front of a major label. It is the ultimate in a singer/songwriter's career.
Band History:
I have been traveling, promoting my music since I was 13. I have performed in 10 states and can't wait to hit the others that I have missed.

Dallas, Ft. Worth, Tx.

Shure Microphones are the best. I love my Taylor guitar. Wouldn't leave home without it.

I listen to all types of music, but my heart belongs to country when it comes to writing and singing. For reference, some of my non-country influences are Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Molly Hatchet, Bonnie Raitt, Sheryl Crow, Jewel and Stevie Nicks
