Forever Neo is just little old me. I suppose I could just use my real name but what fun would that be? I play just guitar but am learning some keyboards and drums. Thank God for computers as I would never be able to get the stuff in my head out the way I hear it. So in short, ya! I hear voices in my head!
Why this name?
I have used Neo 2012 forever. Neo is of course "New" and 2012 represents the last year of the Mayan calendar. It represents to me that after this calendar that we currently use is ended something new begins. What we will call it then who knows. So after much deliberation I chose Forever Neo.
Do you play live?
Right now, no. I create everything in my home studio for the moment and at this time I have no plans to perform live.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Access access access! Now everyone with a computer or just access to one can be heard! This is phenomenal!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Probably not. To much pressure for me thanks!
Band History:
I began playing guitar in 2003. Didn't become serious about it until 2004. I am still learning and will never stop learning. Not the greatest musician right now but I ain't done yet!!!
Your influences?
Joe Satriani, Queensryche, Ozzy, Pink Floyd and Kiss would probably be the biggest. But I am inspired by alot of todays music as well like, Nickelback and StoneSour. There is a lot of junk out there but there is so much more beautiful music being created by such talented people. The more time I spend on Soundclick the more talent I am discovering and the inspiration from this site is incredible!
Favorite spot?
Wherever my wife and I are together is my favorite spot. Geographically we fell in love with Rome, Italy! But I hail from Beautiful British Columbia Canada and you really can't beat the scenery back home!
