Hey, this is Mister Chris, I'm the Advancement Chairman for a Scout Troop in the Memphis Area, Troop Ole97.
This band has formed to create an album to sell to our Alumni from this 65-year-old troop to support the work of the troop.
Those songs that are original works by me I am pumping up here onto SoundClick so that you can listen to them.
All other members of the band are Scout Leaders or Eagle Scouts themselves.
Why this name?
Well, because we'll be composed mainly of Eagles. And because most of us will be over the age of 18.
Do you play live?
Not yet, other than at Scout meetings and campouts.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's a wide open field now.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Probably not.
