TafKaM :[This Artist Functions to Kreate Advancing Muezik]: has been producing for over 4 years now, mainly working with underground hip hop artists such as Supreme, Seipher, Johnny Cathexis and Manifest Reality. Taf's musical inspirations include the RZA, Bjork, Radio Head, Prince, Outkast and Crystal Method.

Taf's traditional sound combines hard-hitting drums, electronic instruments and warped vocals to create a unique feel. Though Taf sticks to the ideals of advancing musically, they remain accessible enough to appeal to a larger audience. TafKaM’s artistry promises an ever evolving, ever changing sound, guaranteed to push the boundaries of music.

If you're looking dope beats at affordable prices please contact me. This is really ideal for artists looking to make Demos or Mix CDs. I'll work with you to make the track from scratch. Whatever mood or sound is in your head, I'll take that and transform it into the scoupscape to fit your vocals.

Why this name?
Well my name came from the way i looked in High School. People said i looked like Prince then they said i looked like Moses, so i combined the 2 to make The Artist Formerly Known As Moses, since then i've chnged the acronym to something that fits my vision more, This Artist Funktionz to Kreate Advancin Muesik.
Do you play live?
NO, i dont play live, i make live beats in my mini studio aka my friends apartment.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think the internet certainly does give artists much more exposure, without the net it'd be alot harder to find a way to get your name out there.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I think i would, if i trusted the direction of the label.
Your influences?
Wow this goes soooo far across the board...Well there's RZA, El-P, Marilyn Manson, Bjork, Sade, Stabbing Westward, Zero 7, Tricky, The Prodigy just to name a few.
Favorite spot?
New York City, i've lived here all my life.
Equipment used:
I mainly use Fruity loops 5 and lil of Reason 2.5 to make my beats and Cool Edit Pro 2.0 as a way to chop up samples.
Anything else...?
I'm down to put in work and produce for people in damn near any genre, just e-mail me at TafKaM4055@aol.com.
