Hi. I'm Kevin. I've been playing saxophone for 34 years in almost every style of music. My favourites are acoustic jazz, especially hard bop, and funk/R&B from the 70's (TOP, Ohio Players, etc.)

Do you play live?

I freelance in the Greater Toronto Area. I am happiest when I'm playing challenging music, especially jazz. Improvising is good for my mind, heart, and soul.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

It makes it easy to steal music, but it also makes it easier for an unsigned artist to get exposure. Double-edged sword.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Hell yes, but it ain't gonna happen.

I've been fortunate to play with some of the greats over the last 25 years including Rosemary Clooney, Pat LaBarbera, NOJO, Marvin Stamm, Frankie Valli, Melba Moore, and the Drifters

Pepper Adams, Nick Brignola, Cannonball Adderley, Stanley Turrentine, Michael Brecker, Phil Woods.
