It is official. interCHEMISTRY Records Presents
Joe Dawg Brother-Professional Smacker. Releases August 4th 2007 Columbus is ready...are you?
Joe Dawg Brother has recieved word that not only will he be the first artist released off of the brand new label interCHEMISTRY Empire Recordings, but he is also the A&R, and a partner with Garshon, Fanko and Snare. Ill.Witt.Dees is also the official beat producer for the like and with E. Noodle, who makes an apperance on the album, along with Joe's Brother Tommy Gunn, will be part of the new performances. Kapowski and Puckadelic will be behind the scenes, heading special projects as in Mixtapes and Contracts. The Corpor@tion will most likely be turned into an entourage. There will be an Official interCHEMISTRY Empire Recordings Record Release Party soon, and with admission, entrants will recieve a Pre release copy of Joe Dawg Brother's brand new album "Professional Smacker", which contains 15 tracks of Resurrection Hip Hop, before it releases Nationally. Joe will still be doing the Urban Fridays with Schoolboy Productions, as well as Monday nights at Adobe Gilas. Also, there will be select beta copies of the Album released to Local Dj's and Arlington Cafe Customers. Stay tuned folks, Columbus is about to be put on the map.......

Digital Downloads are becoming better than CD sales. People can hear a song and go immediately to the internet to check up on the artist. I think it's beneficial if we can get rid of the illegal downloading, but hey that's the internet for you.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes but only if I had creative Control.
Band History:
Joe Dawg Brother was discovered in late 2002 by a freelance Producer named Jeff Garshon. Garshon was part of an international group called iinterCHEMISTRY. Joe Dawg Brother had never did anything professional before, and was supposed to be part of a compilation disc. Garshon, however saw dormant potential and in 2003, prouduced the fifteen track LP "Smacketh Thee" with future Empire members Noodle, and Joe's Brother, Tommy Gunn. Joe was then on a studio hiatus, but at the same time, got a self lesson in promotion. Joe took off and formed a group called the interCHEMISTRY Empire, and started live shows on "The Smacketh Thee Tour", performing at Columbus Clubs like Whiskey Dicks, and MidGard Comics, and reoccuring at Tommy Keegans, Adobe Gilas where he added beatmaker ill.witt.dees., Kapowski, and enlisted help from The Puckadelic, and TAFKAD and The Ugly Tuna, on Ohio State University's Campus. He Released Two Mixtapes, produced by himself and ill.witt.dees, and now on the Revenge Attack Tour with Wrightway Ent. Artist Young Fresh, and Holla @ Me Ent. Artist Don Furi headed up by Schoolboy (www.myspace.com/schoolboyproductions), Joe Dawg Brother is gaining respect from all types of audiences. Diverse, and not afriad to air out his dirty laundry, plus his disdain for the industry as it is to date, Joe Dawg will keep fighting to make Hip Hop what it once was, Entertaining, Respect for lyrical style, and re-inserting Music. You doubt his drive? As Joe Dawg Brother would say himself , "Google Me fool!!!"
