Why this name?
My name is pretty much just a play off my initials...its also a tribute to one of the greatest producers of all-time (R.I.P J-Dilla)
Do you play live?
I perform and also host hip-hop events here in Harrisburg, Pa.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's a great way for people to connect...it's a way for people to get their material out that otherwise would have never been heard.
Your influences?
Just hip-hop in general. But mostly the producers that blazed the path for us to be doin' what we do today. Some of those being...DJ Premier, Pete Rock, 9th Wonder, J-Dilla, Kanye West, Rockwilder, Diamond D, L.E.S, Hi-Tek...just to name a few.
Favorite spot?
B-More, Philly, NYC.
Equipment used:
A PowerBook G4 stocked with FL Studio 8 with various plugins, Cakewalk Sonar 6, Sony Soundforge...and some other various techniques.
Anything else...?
