PURCHASE INFO:
To buy non-exclusive or exclusive rights to any beat, please contact me using any of the above contact methods. I currently accept PAYPAL and CHECKS. Listed below are the types of purchase methods:

LEASING (NON-EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS):
Non-exclusive rights to a beat (a lease) grants you the right to use the beat for any profitable or non-profitable recording EXCEPT for re-selling the beat. You can use the beat for one commercial recording, and unlimited non-commercial recordings. With a lease, Es-K retains rights to the beat, and may resell it exclusively or non-exclusively. Once exclusive rights are bought, you still retain your rights. All leased beats are 50USD

*When leasing a beat, contact Es-K with information regarding which tracks you wish to lease. Payment method will then be discussed.

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS:
Exclusive rights give you full ownership and rights to the beat. You are allowed to use the beat however you would like, and Es-K can no longer lease or sell the beat. When you purchase exclusive rights to a beat, Es-K will send out a contract entitling you to full ownership of the instrumental. In order to purchase exclusive rights to a beat, you must contact me to negotiate pricing.

STEALING BEATS:
There are people out there who steal beats from Soundclick pages. Instead of paying the small leasing fee or buying exclusive rights, they'd rather steal producer's work.

There is no benefit to doing this. All of my beats are LEGALLY PROTECTED and owned by myself until exclusive rights are purchased. Ownership is then given to the buyer.

Let's say you steal one of my beats and put it on your mixtape or album, and it becomes a popular song. Without proof of purchase, all legal actions will be taken against you. Stealing beats is simply not worth it.
