altus is a one-man band that blends atmospheric ambient and ethno sounds. I use darbuqas, didgeridoos, a variety of other percussion instruments, and numerous synths. Hope you enjoy altus.
Why this name?
altus means two opposite things, the highest and the lowest point,the beginning and the end of something, thus the name altus
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet and mp3 is one of the things unsigned artists have dreamed of. They can now get promoted, spread their music not only locally but globaly, which is great.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
