TCOP stands for The Conqueror of Parodies, BAD stands for Below Average Dave. TCOP lives in Australia and write parodies but does not have equippment to record them. As of the writing of this statement, he was up over 100 parodies and counting. BAD is a recording parodist who perfers having fun singing to actually writing. While he has a large number of his own works, he performs for writers like TCOP in his USA home.
Why this name?
TCOP is easier to type out than The Conqueror of Parodies, and it just happens both 'Conqueror of Parodies' and 'Below Average Dave' form actual words (Cop and Bad respectively, which is kinda funny in and of itself)

Well, without it, Neither of us would even know the other existed, we certainly don't contact each other so the internet is wonderful.
