I go by the name... JC - The Truth. I'm an upcoming producer/hip-hop artist from Staten Island, NYC. Most of you know me as an MC, which is my first love. But as this genre gains momentum, artists have to be strong in all aspects of the game... so here I am making beats.

Although I lean more towards old school hip-hop and the ever popular 90's sound, I've got a completely different vibe. Most of my instrumentals have a Northeast feel to them since I've been here in the Tri-State area my whole life (New Jersey, New York, Philly area). I guess you can say I've been influenced by my surroundings. At this point... I'm still learning how to create instrumentals... so all you die hard producers... bare with me. I'm an MC just trying to expand my arsenal.
