Yes, I play live as a solo artist. I play mostly in the Hunter Valley of New South Wales, Australia. Country music is alive and very well in this area and Im glad to be part of it.

The internet has opened up a whole new world for me, with out it you just wouldn't have the same oppertunities that the 'big boys' have

I started playing at the age of 14, due to boredom on the farm and I always loved the sound of a guitar. I have always been the leader of my own band and have had many great relationships with those who have come and gone. Im now 57 years old and having the best time of my life here in Australia as the music is just everywhere you go, the Aussies really dig music and fun (not to mention beer!)

My first influences were from the rock and roll dazes of the '60's , but singers like Johnny Cash, Jim Reeves, Carl Perkins and many more were regular artists I listened to as a kid

I gues favorite at this point would have to be Hawaii, where I spent two weeks..it really is paradice!

I now play a Handax, great acoustic /electric. Also own a Washburn and a Fender electric, play threw a Peavy sound system and it works great for me, I go light as I can.

To me , music is what keeps me going when the times get tough, and they get tough all the time. My music will keep leading me to interesting places and interesting people, I just love playing.
