James recently signed with INgrooves, a San Francisco based record label owned and operated by former BMG and Columbia record people, notably Al Teller, former Chairman and CEO of MCA Entertainment and President of CBS and Columbia Records. James was signed by Treavor Walton, A&R rep of INgrooves. Treavor is one of the most well respected event coordinators on the west coast.

James David has performed in many states in the USA For example, He's had packed crowds at the Historic Brick in Roslyn WA. The Brick is the original backdrop for the hit TV series "Northern Exposure".

James' songwriting has been endorsed by Billy Steinberg, one of America's most famous songwriters and author of todays huge hit from JoJo, "Too Little, Too Late," plus incredible classic hits such as "Like A Virgin"/ Madonna, "True Colors"/ Cindy Lauper and more. Latest CD "Intimacy" released June 4, 2007 on James' record label "Eros" in association with, and distributed by INgrooves. The title cut was written by Billy Steinberg/Rick Nowels/Neil Jeraldo, and previously recorded by The Coors. James' version is Billy's favorite rendition of his song.
