Fly -- Snippet
Straight out of Toronto, Ontario comes a sound that hits you like "whoa." You almost have to listen twice just to make sure you heard it right the first time. Picture it if you can: the aggressive-rocky/blues styling of Pearl Jam goes into a blender with the funky bass and guitar work often attributed to the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Pour the hip hop elements of Gym Class Heroes into the mix. Before it all has a chance to settle, garnish it with a splash of jazz that would make The Roots beam with pride. And with soulful, Alicia-Keysesque vocals icing the cake, it is now ready for the oven. Serves crowds of hundreds and thousands -- bon appetit!!
