ONE LIFE RECORDS presents CHIEF HOLYFIRE, an eager revolutionary artist who plans on dominating the world!
Why this name?
I gave myself the name CHIEF because of my partial ancestry. A chief to me means you're a leader or powerful enough to communicate to people who look to you as an influence. HOLYFIRE just describes how I feel about God. I use to be a baseball pitcher and I was known for throwing heat so that was an influence as well.
Do you play live?
Mostly lounges but almost anywhere.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Yes it makes you have to perform live and be smart with the digital distribution movement.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Nowadays nope! Just Distribution
Band History:
We are not a band literally but me and my producer "Scariano" met at the Guitar Center in Concord, Ca. We been best friends ever since.
Your influences?
Michael Jackson, Bobby Darrin, Prince, E-40, Jay-Z, and Coheed & Cambria.
Favorite spot?
I love the UK & Italy but Im a bay boy so Im married to "The BAY".
