Hailing from the streets of Detroit, Michigan, Strezs pronounced (Stress) a.k.a Papa Pasta C.E.O of DA SKORCHAZ productions, is a up and coming dedicated songwriter/producer/engineer. Strezs musical intrest started when he was 18 years old, inspired by musical legends from his Motown roots like Marvin Gaye, James Brown, Smoky Robinson,The Temptations and etc. Strezs attented the Recording Institute of Detroit in "98" learning Recording and Mixing Techniques, after completing his course at (R.I.D),Strezs entered the world of production a.k.a beatmaking plus songwriting. Being the fast learner that he is, Strezs released his solo album Strugglin & Hustlin Vol.1 in "01" plus did work for Lil David Ruffin on The Soul Night Snd trk (Alkey Records) and Purple Gang (Ironfist Records) Obie Trice Cheers Record Release Party (State Theatre). under a former production company he and two partners owned called Blaqhandz productions. Now Strezs has a new production label called DA SKORCHAZ, which has been blazing the metro Detroit area for the last two years at open mics, radio stations, festivals, and etc. Next for Strezs is completing his second album that'll be out around July "07" look for the first smash single called "Get at me" produced by Switchin Lanes.
