After many years of playing in cover bands, I have finally started to write and record my own original music. I sing and play most of the parts This includes all Guitars, Bass, Keyboards, hand Percussion and Harmonica and drum programming for those that are electronic.
I do all of the recording, engineering and production as well using Reaper Software.
All of the songs from Monet Tones and A Little Change of Heart are originals, just the first five on the page are covers posted here by popular demand.

Why this name?
Since most of the writing and playing is solo, I just went with my name.
Do you play live?
I am in a Celtic band called Chancer's Hooley which is really fun, plus I do Solo shows as well. At the end of the day, I am a big ham, so yes I love to play live in the Denver area.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet and the advent of very high quality/low cost recording software has really put the creativity back in the hands of the musician.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If somebody wants to discuss a no obligation contract with a very large checkbook, I would be willing to talk........lol
Band History:
I grew up in Arvada Colorado and have lived in the Denver area my whole life, playing in lots of cover bands. I still play a few gigs a year with "Too Much Fun" based out of Boulder. My favorite (and most successful) was "Big Woody and The Bushmen" (search soundclick for songs).
Your influences?
Joe Walsh, The Who, The Beatles (of course), Chicago and James Taylor were early influences. I also really like DADA, Collective Soul and Cracker these days as well as Flogging Molly.
Favorite spot?
I have never played there, but Red Rocks is an amazing place. Also, I went to Ireland a few years back, and it is a place that I will definately go again!
Equipment used:
Guitars, I have always been a Gibson guy, so the requsite LesPaul and SG, but I also have a Gretch that I really like. Recently added a Strat and really like it. Acoustic, I have a Taylor and Guild. Keyboards are Yamaha. For recording I have been using an outstanding program called REAPER. (www.reaper.fm)
