I was reading The Tao by Lao Tzu and there was one particular section about fate. How fate doen't ask but all answer to it and how it doesn't attack yet all is conquored by it. So the name Fate Awaits was born.

I feel the internet/digital revolution of mp3s drastically changed the music industry. In a sense the mp3 is the bootleg tapes of the present era. Now instead of a few hundred people being able to hear your music now its clearly in the millions. It gives musicians the exposure needed to get thier name out there faster to fans as well as record company executives. With the instantanious nature of the net a buzz can get started much faster than previous generations.

Anything that strikes a chord with us traveling straight to the heart. Any music whether soothing to the ear or heavier in the mind that tugs at our souls and never let go. Whether its progressive rock or classic rock, alternative or punk, hard rock or heavy metal. Music is what influences us music in the end is what brings out the best in ourselves personally and collectively.
