When King David went through test and trials, he recorded his heart in the Psalms. Some of the greatest words in the Bible are from these experiences. That’s why I do this. Power is in the Pen and Spoken Word.
I am a Christian. My music may make that obvious at times. I want to give God the Glory, but I know sometimes it will appear I’m boasting or not focused enough on Jesus. That might be because I do this for myself. There are some artist, who's focus is to change the world with their music. I just want share my thoughts and life and leave the rest to God.
I hope to attract an audience of believers. I don’t want to convert people with my music. ‘Plant a seed’, yes; ‘Save’ no. I rather people be saved by Scriptures and the examples of those who live by Scripture (which I do consider myself to be one of those examples). I’m not perfect, but Faithful.
I would love to network with other artist. If your in Southern Cali and would like me to perform at your Church or Youth Event let me know. I most likely do it for free. I am a Youth Teacher with several years experience. Mostly I’m just a Christian with some talent.

Why this name?
Hapizzez is my Rap name. Like Saul changed his name to Paul after conversion; I changed my name Hapi after conversion for the same reasons. Saul was known as a Christian killer and my old name was known for Worldly reasons as well. Hapizzez is a sign of me breaking the old chains that held my life.
Do you play live?
I have played live. I enjoy it. To be honest, it has been a while. I want to get back into it. So if your in Southern Cali and know of an event contact me. Keep me on your contact list.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It just another avenue for local band and listeners to connect. I know for me I enjoy the bands that have free downloads, but I also understand the struggle of the local musician.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Most likely. I do this cause I enjoy it, but it doen't pay the bills. I work a full time job and then some. I wish all I had to do was create music.
