Why this name?
We Started out as a D.O.A. coverband and "the Murder Squad" is the name of their Hockey team. So we became "the MURDER SQUAD t.o." because we're in Toronto.We later Evolved into our own style of Punk/Metal and Decided the Name fit just as well....
Do you play live?
Yes, We play Quite often and Have done Tours in the U.S. and Quebec as well as Ontairo and the East coast of Canada. We love being on the road and have Toured with some Amazing bands (DESPITE from Wisconsin, Hands of Death & ...And the Saga Continues both hailing from Montreal)Others from N.Y. and have our Eyes set on Europe!!
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Well it makes it easier for bands or musicians to get their music out but on the flipside I think people are less likely to buy albums when they can download it for free. it's a bit of a catch 22.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yeah!! if the right deal came along. But with the music we play I don't see it happening soon!

Favorite spot?
Newfoundland has an Amazing Music Scene and I think it's our Favorite city to play in(for now!)& Melbourne FestiPunk Festival...Everyone should go!! and the East coast ROCKS!!

We we're the "Hired Guns" for DOOM's only North American tour. It was Amazing!!
