A mechanical royalty rate of 2.5 points does apply immediately after 1000 units and/or digital downloads sold and a royalty rate increase of 4 points after 10000 units and/or digital downloads sold.

This exclusive license expressly forbids remixing or sampling of the tracks as they exist on the disc, reformatted for use in a digital sampler or sample playback unit, or re-synthesized or otherwise edited for use as sounds, samples, programs, patches or wave guides in any medium or format whatsoever, excepting musical performance or recording.
