It's just me your cliche indie rocking multi instrumentalist, a bit neurotic, part slacker, with a madman's aesthetic. A self aware megalomaniac... Solipsist to the bone...
Why this name?
This is my "solo" page and it includes some songs that were solely made by me, and others from previous collaborations and bands.
Do you play live?
Sometimes at open mics, or in a bar, I've played a few live shows with previous bands and hopefully will play more in the future.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's nice we finally get to stick it to the man and change the concepts of fame and obscurity via the advances in technology.
And even if we don't get that chance we at least have a means of getting our art out there.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Are you kidding... Is this a serious question? Yeah!
Band History:
My different projects all have different histories, I guess you could say that the one thing they all have in common was music. Just desire to make music.
Your influences?
You should really see my former bands myspace it's much more detailed www.myspace.com/worldsfromhere but a brief list(and I'm skimping out alot!) would be Gary Numan,Sigur Ros,Aphex Twin,Radiohead, Depeche Mode, Pink Floyd, Smashing Pumpkins, Tool, NIN, Nirvana, The Smiths,Mogwai, Various electronica artists, Ambient Music and a buncha artists I'm sure you never heard of
