3500 horsepower progressive hard-rock from Wichita KS. "first one with a wizard of oz crack dies!"
Why this name?
It was dropped on me in a dream.
Do you play live?
Yes, mostly in the Midwest. Of course we like it, that's a stupid question. Special moments?.....every time the three of us make music together .end of story
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Makes the little guy as accessible as just about any other band, major label or otherwise.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It would have to be the PERFECT situation for the band. Skot would have to produce and we would need 100% creative control.
Band History:
.end of story is a 3500 horsepower melodic hard-rock trio from the midwest, though they create a wall of sound that would lead one to believe they are hiding some band members.

formed in 1996, .end of story is the brainchild of guitarist / vocalist skot reed.

the instrumentation is the simple format that heavy music was built on, guitar, bass, drums and vocals. the songs are filled with melodies and hooks that stick in your head and lyrics written from a little different perspective.

an emphasis on stellar vocal work sets this music apart from the run of the mill emo, screamo, whiny, cookie-cutter production tripe that has littered the air waves lately. .end of story has from day one played the music that comes straight from the soul, the way they choose to do it, and like only they can. that has never and will never change. trends in the music industry will come and go but music with integrity never goes out of style. you'll find that integrity right here.
