In a blow to conspiracy theorists, Shadow on the sun are very much together and planning
their debut album
And it is a bright future indeed.
Those who are close to Emanuel the band’s creative controller as chief songwriter and
producer of their debut album knew it was only a matter of time before this band took off.

The seed for the group to form was sown by vacation a last year. Emanuel
laughs at the irony that a vacation was the trigger for
him to foge ahead with plans for a new band.
Shadow on the sun have decided they want to do this album on their own. To
raise the cash to fund the recording,

50 per cent of doing these Pre-production "off the floor" promo singles
is the fact we are doing an album and we need to raise money. Emanuel says. "We want
to pay for ourselves and have no external pressure from A&R [artist and repertoire]
guys who don’t know what they think they know. There aren’t many bands in our situation,
who would pass a recoding contractc and pay for the entire record".

And maybe Emanuel knows that they have the record of their career coming. Why shouldn’t the
band enjoy more of the spoils?

Shadow on the sun plan to begin recording sessions by july and hopefully have the album
titled "where to begin" by September October 2007
