Why this name?
It started a long time ago before I started rappin,
It became my nickname when me and my cousin were playin with our initials with L.L. Cool J. my initials are JJA so when I replace them with LL's
it becomes J.J. Kool A. And it sounds like Kool Aide
so I added Mr. in the front and Man at the end and whalla! And who does'nt like Koolaid?
There's a flavor for everyone. So that's how I base my projects.

Do you play live?
Yes. We started in the gutter but were makin it happen now. I've performed at the Ultra Lounge,
Club Underground, The Foundation, The Poodle Club, The U of M campus, and The biggest place yet The Myth Night Club.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It makes it so underground artists can really grind and get their sh*** out there. I don't know where I would be without it. Much Luv MP3!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It depends on the terms of the contract but hell yeah! Money is Money!

I luv all kinds of music. You can't just appriciate 1 kind of music. My passion though is hip hop. 2pac,
Biggie, Eazy E, Eminem, Metalicca, Prince, All kinds of R&B mostly old School and so much more I don't have room for on this page...

Favorite spot?
Twin Cities for sure. I was born and raised here and thats what I'm used to. I like viviting other spots but my hometown gives it up
Equipment used:
Aw 16 g for recording, MV 8000 for beats, but I like switching it up and messin wit Fruity Loops, Reasons, Adobe Audition for Mastering, and even Magix!
