Do you play live?
Got back into playing live for a short while, but with a full time job and a wife and home to care for I've settled back into my home studio.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Makes it much easier for people like me to get out there and be heard......for better or worse!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I don't think I need to worry about ever having to make that decision!!
Band History:
Just released my second CD titled "Grain by Grain". It is available for purchase on my personal website, Mixposure and MyCrossFactor. My breakout CD, "Best Friends" is also available for purchase. HURRY, they're going fast!! YEAH, RIGHT!!
Your influences?
Before getting into Christian music it was stuff like Lynard Skynard, ZZ Top, Willie Nelson, George Jones. Now it's Chris Tomlin, David Crowder, Todd Agnew, Matt Redman, Mercy Me, Jeremy Camp, Third Day and such.
Favorite spot?
New Braunfels, Tx.
Equipment used:
I have two Seagull acoustics, a CRATE acoustic amp, Shure KSM27, a CAD Equitek E-200, a Shure PG58 & Sennheiser e935, Korg K61 controller, dbx 376 mic pre, just a starter bass right now, an Epiphone II Special, a Behringer Vamp simulator, and I'm recording using Sonar Home Studio 6 XL.
