It comes from the Fifth Monarchy Men who believed that Jesus and his saints would rule over Earth. They began a movement against all government until many of their preachers where arrested and had to find new ways of helping their movement. I chose the name 5 King to say that Jesus is king.

I began writing rhymes when I was like 8 years old. When I got older I started to take music more seriously but I couldn't find any producers to get any beats from. So I asked my brother who makes beats to teach me how to. I ended up making beats for 6 years until I finally got my first microphone and started recording. Once I got used to it I decided to rhyme about more meaningful things instead of what I heard all the time on the radio. I decided to focus on less violent and more religous Hip-Hop.
