Why this name?
Christening....?
Do you play live?
I am currently working on a set of songs to perform somewhere in Norwich, England.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
We are living in the COMPUTER AGE.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Is there anyone offering a deal ? I used to think that Larry Norman's label, 'Solid Rock Records', would have been ideal...but now I guess it really does not matter....the Internet has given me all the exposure and promotions that I need, plus Protools etc..do and excellent job...just need to get a good masterer....so nah, or narp...not really interested in a record deal....
Band History:
I have been writing lyrics since I could first write, and playing guitar from about the age of fourteen. My first love 'was' singing, and then I started to listen to the Beatles (Abbey Road), then Neil Young (Harvest).

Jesus dramatically changed the direction of my life when I was doing National Service (in '75) in Simonstown (South Africa Navy).

I began writing songs about Jesus and have been greatly influenced by the music of Larry Norman and Randy Stonehill, and many, many other musicians from that era. (The Jesus Movement...that is not really a new thing by the way, seeing as it started with Jesus...and will keep on moving, cause He sent His Spirit...Hallellujah!)

I started recording in 1997 with Bruce Taylor at Robin Lane Studios in Bergvliet, South Africa and recorded five Cds.

I write all my own songs.

My latest CD is almost ready to be placed on the Internet. (but I am not really sure where or in what form it will be.) I still have to finish the cover art and sort out where to burn the glass etc....quite a bit of planning and stuff to be done before I put them anywhere.

All Glory to Jesus.
Your influences?
Radio, The Beatles, Neil Young, Pink Floyd, Larry Norman, Randy Stonehill...then it gets blurry....K.A.N.S.A.S....

KANSAS
Favorite spot?
Anywhere in Scotland....
Equipment used:
I have always loved using any six stringed box guitar, and well if the amplifier does not crackle and there is enough reverb and delay, I am a happy man. Occassionally when I play with a band gig I love to use my Ibanez electric...and my current box guitar is an Epiphone...EJ200...schweeeeet.....
Anything else...?
