Some wonder why i go by the title Snooze. If you thought it was only because of an everyday trait that everybody else experiences everynight, you've got so much to learn. I came upon the name Snooze from going through various names that didnt suit me at all. Names like Ammo, Profane, Shellcase never seemed to make sense when it came to my personality. I (in someway) see the name Snooze as a split personality. When I think as Snooze, im physically and emotionally unavailable to anybody or any problem that I'm forced to face from day to day (kind of like sleeping). I've been making music since 1998 with my brother on a outdated computer. He wasnt so exactly serious about the music he was making with me but i wanted to take my music a step further. I continued to make music with a group called WeaponX. That group consisted of my three friends (S.I.N The Lyrical God, Blazen, and G Killa). In a short period of time we became another rap group that wasnt that serious about the music we were making. Weapon X was only the stepping stone that lead to something amazing, B.T.A. Also known as the Blood Thirsty Animals, founded by S.I.N. I may not have a detailed background story but, I'm here to make one... ~***Snooze***~

Well, i myself have this musical oppertunity only because of the internet. I base myself at my computer and work on music all the time. It does, however, give others the chance of illegally stealing song from an artist without their permission. I guess it has it's good and bad sides. So far, ive only experienced the good when it came to my music...

The only way i would sign under a major label is if my group (Blood Thirsty Animals) were all chosen to be signed under the same label im getting signed by.

Well, i gotta say, i have a lot of influences. I think i have so many that i've forgotten a rapper or two (seriously). Well to begin with, There's Jay-z and Nas. There's The Notorious B.I.G and of couse Tupac. I've been listening to AZ for awhile now. There's two rappers that are rather underated but i really have to think whenever i listen to their lyrics, those rappers are Lupe Fiasco and Travis from the Gym Class Heros. I may be influenced by many rappers but i DEFINENTLY got my own flow that i perfected on my own. Listen to my songs and you'd be able to tell.

I currently own a up-to-date pc with lots of extra's. A Pioneer Microphone, and i use a handy program named Adobe Audition for my mixing and editing. I only use those things when im testing out a song. I do my real recording at my producer's house, named Rayne Storm.
