It's just me. I've been around the world soaking up the vibes but I write to document the world around me. I'm influenced by psychedelic, folk-rock, poetry, documentaries, country-rock, old country, indie bands, and you.

Why this name?
Ask my parents why they named me Jim.
Do you play live?
Yeah sometimes.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It gives the musician more coverage and who cares about the music machine.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
No. I'd be on the hook for something. It's modern slavery.
Band History:
I'm a solo artist that has been around the world doing my thing: documenting life by song and verse. If it hits home with a few then that's even better.
Your influences?
I'm into Bob Dylan, the Byrds, the Brian Jonestown Massacre, anybody who has something to say worth listening to. I dig the Beatles and Country Rock and old school songs with good melodies and good messages. I am open-minded. I like Jazz and world music.
Favorite spot?
Los Feliz, Los Angeles, California
Equipment used:
What's available now. 12 String Guitars, laptops, microphones, the usual.
Anything else...?
What do you want to know? I'm a very clean sort.
