I'm mainly focusing on having a single out. Which is big enough for me. But if I get offered a contract, why not!

The Ever Awaiting Stardom of MYK



A native of the Philippines, MYK has been singing since he could grab a microphone. Without any professional vocal training, he was born with an impressionable and beautiful gift, his voice. Eventually after joining the church and school choir, his participation had inspired him to continue his musical talents professionally and assisted in the development of his vocal skills. Additionally, MYK has also been talent lyrist since high school, and he has written a number of songs that have been used by other potential singers. After being in the U.S. for quite some time now and becoming naturalized, he has decided to continue school later in life in hopes that he will advance his music career. He would also like to thank everyone for their support, advice and guidance, and he would appreciate any additional suggestions and comments about his music.

The great artists that gave me inspiration to do what I do now are: Drop N Harmony, Savage Garden and Usher.

I don't know how to play any musical instrument but I got my voice. Beats and music on my demo comes from different people I met online who let me use their tracks. Sometimes I just mix my own stuff with my computer or my homies just got somethin' for me to work on. I used to record my demo at home but now I've been going to the studio...
