My name is Shawn. I don't really have a stage name so if anyone has suggestions I'll take them! I'm 17 years old and I live in Norman, OK. Yeah, I know Oklahoma's not the first place you think when you think "hip-hop." But, I think growing up where I did I was exposed to music from all over, so with that being said I have a diverse taste in hip-hop and music in general. I hope you enjoy my beats. Contact me by email if you interested in working with me or for purchases.

Why this name?
I don't really have one, like I said, I'm taking suggestions haha!
Do you play live?
If my group ever gets on I'm sure I'll get up there and sing a hook or something.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Honestly, at first I thought it was hurting it. I mean, Lil Wayne has artists putting out mixtapes every month. I think it's watering down the music. But, I think eventually it'll be good. As far as exposure? It's great for those who are serious and have god-given talent. At the same time a lot of "fad" producers clutter the net so it's 50/50.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
....yeah? ahahaha
Band History:
I've been doing this for about 2 and half years. I feel that since I'm young and take pride in the history of hip hop and have a respect for that real! that I have a lot of potential to do big things. Sample based, got a bang of records, holla at me!
Your influences?
Kanye West is my idol simple and plain. From his work-ethic, to his passion, to his self-confidence, Kanye is what I aspire to be. I think you can hear his influence in me, especially the blueprint era.
Favorite spot?
Norman son!
Equipment used:
FL6 Producers Edition. Cool Edit. Axiom 49. Numark Turntable. Used to have a MPC1K, but I got rid of it.
