Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, hope-fully. or write music scores for movies.
Your influences?
Joe Satriani was my first major infuence."Power cosmic and the crush of love" soundpage found it's way to me. In the place I grew up the July 1988 guitar player issue was the only guitar magazine to ever reach the local store. I browsed it for months, picking it up and putting it back everytime, then after about 3 months I finally noticed the soundpage ( I don't know how on earth I missed it)record inside with Joe satriani and Steve Vai on side B. I recently watched Vai in crossroads and was floored.....I practically ran home, and played it on my dad's record player-he had a great stereo. So after listening to Vai first (Amazing grace) I said "well let's hear this Satriani guy...I remember no-one was home and I was standing there looking out the dining room window listening, and I have to say the room was spinning. I never heard music like that or a guitar played so vocally and melodically it was the most beautiful thing I had ever heard~it changed my world forever...
To this day there has not been any other guitar magazine to come to that store....I think there was some strange unseen influence or some pretty serious karma happening...
