Greetings!
Why this name?
It's just me so I thought I would use my real name.
Do you play live?
Yes, I play live occasionally.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
By making music available to a worldwide audience whether they like or want it or not.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Most likely.
Band History:
As a guitar player (my main instrument) I have played numerous "openings" for bands such as Neal McCoy, The Sub Dudes, Jon Anderson, Richie Furay, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Diamond Rio and others. (I guess by saying "others" I mean bands no one's ever heard of)
Your influences?
Beatles, Chet Atkins, Yes, King Crimson, James Gang, Eric Clapton, Led Zeppelin, Zappa, Segovia, Julian Bream, Eric Johnson, Steely Dan, Rolf Harris, Heads Hands and Feet, Gentle Giant, Vivaldi, Bach.
Favorite spot?
Any place peaceful and quiet.I don't like cities, diesel fumes, toll roads, graffiti, etc.
Equipment used:
Yamaha Motif, Roland D50, JV1010, Alesis QSR, Roland VG8, Axon AX50, Fender Strat, Larrivee Acoustic, Cubase4, FLStudio, too many soft synths and samplers, Sound Forge for editing, Mackie 1402.....and much, much more. Is yours bigger than mine?
Anything else...?
Enjoy!
