Does it matter what kind of band we are? There will be people who like us. There will be people who hate us and there will be apathy and indifference.

What is our mission? I don't really know that either. We play instruments. We love music. We love to play music. I guess all we really wanna do is play shows, release albums, make some shirts, run a web page, make stickers and plaster them everywhere, build a modest following in Europe. This may or may not happen. But I would be elated if five people out there thought that we were the shit. That may sound tacky and cliche but it sure as hell is true.

It would suck if we became so big we couldn't walk down a street without getting mobbed. It would suck if reporters stalked me and called me a drug addict everytime I swallowed a hit of acid. It would suck if I suddenly had friends that once didn't give a f*** if I ever payed my rent or not.

Not that it would ever come to that anyway. Badge and I are in our thirties and I am fat. This doesn't make for a good commercial band. Plus we just kinda really make a racket. I give myself migraines when I sing. If you wanna call what I do singing.

We do make this racket by choice. We don't make noise because it's all we can do. Individually we are accomplished musicians. Maybe I am not an accompolished vocalist but I am a good bass player. I am comfortable saying that. If that is un-punk if me then OH WELL!! The other guys know their shit. Our style is not a cop-out because of lack of talent. If anything, I find our style tough to play.

Yes we love to make noise. Our influences are in the same ballpark I reckon. We all love punk rock. Sparkles leans toward the Misfits and Badge likes Social Distortiion. I am partial to the Butthole Surfers. Perhaps our sound is the product of these bands.

We'll never pretend to not care when people don't appreciate our art. Again, I would be stoked if people thought we were the shit.

Doug Hell is no longer singing. Smiley has been recruited for his superior range and belly power. All hail Smiley.
